Where does Anevis ship to?

We ship worldwide. Although we only offer free shipping within USA which is where Anevis warehouse is based on. See the shipping price and delivery times here.

How much time does it take to receive my Anevis item?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days within the US. Shipping times vary based on destination, but we aim to get your order to you within 2-7 business days after it has been processed.
For worldwide shipping delivery time may differ, this is only calculated on checkout.

The size I got doesn't fit me. Will I be able to return my item and get a different size?

Yes, we offer free returns within 90 days after the purchase. If you don't like how the Anevis product fits you, you can ask for a return here, and get a different size/style. Inside the Anevis package goes a label to help you return the piece. The only thing we ask is that your products are sent back in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags applied) and in the original packaging.

My product is faulty. Will I be refunded?

We are really sorry about this! You can return your items within 90 days of receipt of your shipment. Note that your item needs to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging.

Will you have the same skirts in other colors?

Yes!! Our plan in the future is to have different colors and patterns for the same styles. But for now we only produce our skirts in black fabric. Join our newsletter to be the first to know once new styles and colors come out! You can also request an item, and we will look into your request and get back to you.

Unfortunately your skirt is sold out for my size. Will you restock it?

Does Anevis only have products for women?

Currently our main products are mostly for women, although we plan on introducing new athleisure for everyone in the near future. Stay tuned!

How do I find the right size for me?

In every product page, you will find size info in product features. There you'll have all the correct product dimensions. Our sizes go from XS to XL. We recommend you to measure your body as well to better know how the piece will fit you. Keep in mind that our skirts are very elastic, so you may need to size down. If you can't find your size, you can still request an item in your preferred size and length, because Anevis is for everyone - we will then contact the manufacturer and make this custom item for you, allow for 2 to 3 weeks to create the piece for you. Will I be charged VAT upon arrival of the package in my country?

Anevis was born in the United States of America, with our operations centered there. While we provide worldwide shipping with complimentary delivery within the USA, shipping fees apply outside the country. We do not include VAT charges; however, customers residing outside the USA may be subject to VAT taxation upon receipt of their package.

Do Anevis products offer a warranty?

Yes! We have a lifetime warranty. We stand behind it for as long as you wear it.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime. Please, contact us to orders@anevis.co with the number of your order so we can proceed with the cancelation of your order and full refund.
